Privacy Policy

Information we collect

When you apply to Nivi we collect the information you submit: your name, email address, mobile number, city, date of birth, social profiles, member type, categories of interest, referral information and your consent choices. If you become a member or create an organization account, we also store account, profile, application, RSVP and attendance information created through the platform.

Sharing with event organizers

When a member applies to an experience, relevant profile information — name, profile photo, social handles, member type, category, follower range and the reason for applying — may be shared with that event's organizer so they can review the application. Organizers cannot browse the wider Nivi membership, and email addresses and phone numbers are not shared with them through the platform.

Attendee visibility

Members choose whether their first name, photo, member type, category and Instagram handle are visible to other confirmed attendees of the same experience. This preference can be changed at any time in the member profile.

Retention and security

Application and event history is retained so we can operate the network fairly, including a record of status changes. Access to information is restricted by role: applicants, members, organizations and administrators each see only what their role requires.

Your choices

You can withdraw marketing consent at any time, update your profile information, or request access to or deletion of your information by contacting us.
