Membership is by application
Nivi is a private, application-only network. Submitting an application does not create a membership, and Nivi reviews every application individually. Nivi does not guarantee access to any experience or any number of opportunities.
Member conduct
Members agree to provide accurate information, to attend experiences they confirm, and to inform Nivi promptly if plans change. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may affect future access. Members agree to respect the rules of each experience, including age requirements, guest policy, dress code and photography policy.
Content and sharing
Attending an experience does not automatically require posting. Each experience states whether it is attendance only, whether social sharing is welcomed but optional, or whether a specific content agreement is required. Content obligations apply only where the experience clearly states them and the member accepts them.
Organizations
Organizations are reviewed before they can publish experiences. Organizations may only access information about members who apply to their own experiences, and must use that information solely to review and manage attendance for that experience. Organizations are responsible for the experiences they host, including venue, safety and any commitments made to guests.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Roles and membership status are assigned by Nivi and cannot be changed by users.
